I grew up in Oregon and earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Substance Abuse Prevention from the University of Oregon in 2008. I have since been involved with mental health and the I/DD community, working as a direct support provider since 2012. I have a passion for adventure and believe that "play" is a crucial part of mental well-being and living a healthy, well balanced life. I enjoy building community and hosting events that focus on inclusion, physical activity and enjoying time with peers.
I grew up in Oregon and love the outdoors! I have worked as a Direct Support Professional since 2015. Prior to my current role, I worked in the banking world as a manager in human resources. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to lead a full and happy life, and I find it rewarding being able to help facilitate that in both employees and clients we serve.
I grew up in Oregon and was introduced to the I/DD community in 2012 when I took a job as provider. I loved getting to know people and being able to introduce them to new people and opportunities.

Provider Resource Manager
Having fun with folks is my jam. I even have a degree in recreation! I have worked with people with different disabilities for years. I love having projects that we work on together and feel successful about. We have made movies and podcasts. We've volunteered for schools and farms. We've led classes on maps, yoga and tools for anxiety. I love supporting people with their dreams.
Supported Employment Manager
I have been working with the I/DD community since 2012 and started Lifesource Group as a provider organization in 2014. I've enjoyed being with clients on a daily basis, but stepped down as organization director in 2022 to focus on our supported employment program. We have helped place many people successfully in a wide variety of fulfilling jobs and continue to assist them with accommodations, paperwork, benefits, and navigating the world of work.
Provider Resource Manager
I became a Lifesource Provider in 2019 after having been referred by a friend who was also a mom of a Lifesource customer. Early on, my years of work with children with developmental disabilities and their families helped me navigate the learning curve that all new providers experience. Now, 3 years later, I’m still a continuous learner as I count on the amazing folks I work with to guide their own journeys of growth and discovery. My interests in healthy cooking and nutrition, nature adventuring, pet care, and keeping a balanced home, budget, and lifestyle are things I love to weave into my work. As a Provider Resource Manager, I get to return the many gifts of support I have received to other providers as they learn the ropes and grow in their professional role.
